What is one thing that you have never tried, or thought of trying, but you saw it on tv, or heard someone else describe it, and now you want to try it?
Me, personally, I want to try that poison fish they sell in sushi stores, that you have a chance of it killing you if not prepared correctly.
Bugs, crickets, maybe as well.

YUMMO... weird and wonderful ones: A1 Sauce with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy or Mac and Cheese Cottage Cheese and Dill Pickles... McDonald's fries dipped in honey (candy and Salty YUMMY!) additionally for the reason that I have been given pregnant i'm no longer able to look to stand to % to devour chocolate.. except this is a Wendy's frosty.

I've honeslty tried almost anything...
Except, my Asian parents have these two drinks that they drink because they believe it's "healthy". One of them is a bottle of white liquid, with some wine, mixed with bird...well, bird crap. As for the other, I'm not quite sure if it's an alcoholic beverage but it contains a dead serpent, or snake, that's in the long bottle, and you drink it's blood from that as well.
Sounds pretty disgusting I know. I'm not sure if I'd like to try either of them.

I've lived in Colorado for 8 years now and still haven't tried Rocky Mountain Oysters. My friend tells me they taste like steak.

Nothing really. I have tried all that I wish to without having to throw up afterwards. Well maybe lamb or deer meat that everyone says tastes like chicken!

To be honest, I think I've tried everything I've ever been curious about... most recent experiment was escargot, now I'm addicted. I would like to try Crawfish someday though.

There's really nothing adventurous I'm waiting to try. Maybe some of those really stinky French cheeses.
