I just made 3 jars of torshi haft-e bijar. For the next couple of weeks, do I store it in the fridge, or do I just keep it in a cool, dark place? Or does it matter?

Hello Fellow Persian! I can't believe I found a torshi question here! Haha! So, you should store it in the fridge to keep it fresh. But if you're going to make torshie' sir, then place it in a dark cool place...no fridge needed. At my house, we keep that in the garage. BUt don't worry, it doesn't cause any strong smells; unless you open it up. Good luck and enjoy! Yummmy!!!
