sake if it is wine...and asahi super dry or tsing tao or Sapporo ceramic filtered beer. don't ruin good sushi with an american beer,they just don't really go together

Sushi with sake, the Japanese beer. Okay, I know it's not really beer, but rice wine, but people say it is more like beer.

Wine is far too strong a flavor to go with something as delicate as sushi.
