Craisins, because cranberries are traditionally for the holidays but not normally meant for the holidays, but they taste great in a baked with butter and sour cream potato, plus they are good a la carte.
I might also bring some wine to go along with those baked potatoes.

I would bring a mexican dessert called bunuelos. Its popular around the holidays. Its flour tortillas fried when its still raw, sliced and with a syrup over it called piloncio. Its delicious or I would maybe bring a fruit salad
