Anyone have any good recipes for meals that can be made ahead of time and frozen? My job is going to limit the time I can cook, so I am going to plan a day and cook and freeze a bunch of meals. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance! : )

I have short ribs to cook tonight and I am tired of cooking them the same way all the time. I always season them with Lawrys seasonsalt, garlic granules and black pepper. I want to ry something different where I can introduce something different to my kids where they will want more and not say "not beef again mom!". So please give me some good recipes with out giving me links or refer me to web sites. Give me something that you use with out having to go to a recipe book. Because the best way you cook them at home is always the one you basically use. Also what would you serve with it as a side dish? In about four hours I will make a choice and give the person I see fit the ten points. Remember no links, just your recipes from you. :) Thanks

My husband is half puerto rican & loves his family's cooking. Unfortunatly we do not live close enough where I can learn from them. Instead it's an occassional treat for us. I've picked up some recipies here & there & yet somehow they don't have that authentic taste. Any helpful real puerto recipies would be greatly appreciated!!!

prices without haivng to buy an extremely large amount but still get a good price on them? i have a small dessert catering business and just buying this item in the supermarket, ends up costing too much and not a good oversell. if anyone can help me, i would really appreciate it.
