If I use the same recipe as I do with beef, then when I slice the meatloaf it kind of crumbles into chunks. It tastes great but the presentation is not that great. I've tried with extra egg as a binder and I've tried with no eggs. I've tried adding cheese. I've tried rice instead of breadcrumbs (crumbles even worse.) Its been suggested that I add pork or beef fat but that defeats the purpose of eating the ultra low fat venison.

Any suggestions for how to keep a venison meatloaf from falling apart?

My husband misses the sausage rolls he gets when he is home in England and over here in Connecticut I can't find anything premade that is comparable. Does anyone have a recipe to make sausage rolls like you find in England?

Since my husband and I are spending Christmas at home this year I splurged at bought a five pound prime rib roast at the butcher a few days ago. The problem is I have to idea how to cook it! I know it can't be too hard, but I really don't want to mess it up because I spent $60 on the piece of meat and I would really like it to turn out well. Any helpful hints, advice or recipes would be very much appriciated! Thanks!

I am 5'7 and 130 lbs and I drank last night only one mikes hard lemonade and a shot of vodka (on an empty stomach), but i felt completely normal and my friends drank a little bit more (2 shots one mikes and maybe one beer) but they were acting really drunk and personally i thought they were faking it. Like they were saying "omg make it stop, I cant control myself" and acting really dumb but it seemed to me like they were faking. I was just wondering if they really were drunk or if they were faking b/c it was our 1st time drinking and I wasnt sure what its like when you are drunk. Because after like 3 hours they were back to normal and claiming they didnt remember stuff. I thought you had to drink ALOT to not remember anything but I could be wrong. So is that possible to only drink that much and be so "drunk". I also wouldnt expect someone to say "omg i cant control myself" when they are drunk b/c normally they wouldnt care? What is it like to be drunk? Sorry this is alot of ?s

I can't cook, bake and whatever. I have a mutual non-aggression convent with my kitchen.

But I really want to make some cookies. What is the easiest recipe which I won't be able to spoil no matter how hard I try?

I didn't realize I accidentally put too much cinnamonin my oatmeal. I only took like 2 or 3 bites because I was afraid I was going to get sick. I remember once hearing how (I forgot whether it was cinnamon or or nutmeg)-too much isn't good. I accidentally put so much that the oatmeal is brown. What happened was that I took off the top with the holes because of the cinnamon getting stuck together. & I forgot I took the top off. I'm scared right now. If I were to go back & finish eating the rest of it, would I be OK or would I get sick? I'm afraid to waste it.

When you cook the cheese.. in say, lasagna, do the enzymes die, or not? Because thats realy gross and I miss lasagna. Unfortunatly my store doesnt have a variety, therefore their are little "organic" products.
