When you cook the cheese.. in say, lasagna, do the enzymes die, or not? Because thats realy gross and I miss lasagna. Unfortunatly my store doesnt have a variety, therefore their are little "organic" products.

Will it really make any difference.?.. you most likely have eaten cheese for decades...
they (the Ancients carried their milk in the stomach bladders the heat and rocking about curdled the milk to cheese)
later the practice to use the lining,, "refined" to the product of rennet..I'm sure it is hundreds of years old .
there are several cheese made by using lemon juice and other stuff But to discriminate waste of time..
Ignorance would waste the animals that God gave us
If you believe you are a child of the universe then the cow is also part of you..
