They were faking it... It does depend on body weight to a degree, and how much you consume, but that small of an amount is NEVER enough to make anyone over 100 lbs have blackouts and not remember anything. They may have felt a little tipsy because it was their first time drinking... but they were not that trashed.

For how much alcohol it takes to get drunk you have a lot of different versions of this one. Most police officers will say when once your blood alcohol content (BAC) is over 0.08% you are drunk as that it the limit in most US states where you can be arrested if you were in operation of a motor vehicle. But as for the raw chemical and biochemical aspects of it it's different for everyone because of course everyone's metabolisms are different and their blood alcohol absorbtion rate is different so one person who is 5'7" and weighs 120 might get drunk quicker than another person of the same gender and proportions. Also, women have less blood than men do in their bodies so women will actually be more likely to exceed the legal BAC limit than men will be.
As for your friends' reactions to the drinks that is abnormal but then again that is another complex step on the intoxication scale, the time period of forgetting or even what they forgot will vary from person to person. I'm not sure if they were faking it based on the details that you gave but I wouldn't count it out as a possibility.
They say that when you're drunk the feelings that you feel are almost like every turns into echoes and your hearing becomes less, this is a common side effect of drinking along with loss of fine motor movement so probably your friends wouldn't have been able to write something like their signature after last night. You can also experience what's called "the spins", it's basically a drunk term for being dizzy and in some cases this feeling can make you fall down while standing and rarely while sitting.

How much alchohol it takes to become intoxicated depends on one's weight, gender, tolerance, how much you've had to eat, how much you drank, how fast you drank it, and what you drank. A 12 oz beer will give you a buzz. Twelve oz of straight liquor will make you pass out. If your friends had two shots of liquor and a beer in addition to what you had, they were likely more intoxicated than you. However, it is interesting to note that people sometimes behave more intoxicated than they actually are because of the expectation that they can lose their inhibitions when they've had alcohol. There was one study with college students where they were told they were drinking alcohol when in actuality they were drinking non-alchoholic drinks. The more they drank of the non-alcoholic drinks, the drunker they acted. So, the short answer is: they were probably drunker than you but not as drunk as they were acting.
As for how being drunk feels, it depends how drunk you are. If you are slightly drunk (eg. buzzed), you will feel a slight loss of inhibitions and ironically, you will feel energized even though alcohol is a depressant. A warm flushed feeling goes through your body. I think it feels good. If you are very drunk, your thoughts are muddied and sluggish, your words are slurred, your actions are slowed, you have little control over what you do or say, and you might feel ill and nauseous. You may even vomit. The next day, you will have the mother of all hangovers. It's not a good feeling when you get to that point.

Well if you drink more often then it takes more alcohol till you get drunk. Also drinking on an empty stomach gets you drunk quicker with less alcohol aswell. They were probably faking. Unless they havent been drunk many times and you have been drunk more times than them.

what it is like to be drunk differs from person to person. some ( most i believe ) get very talkative, yet there are also people who get very silent.
whatever the effect of alcohol is, i noticed that when you drink a couple of nights then the effect get less. also during one night full of drinking, if you drink slowly you can drink much much more withou remarking any effect at all.
not remembering after 2 wodkas and a beer , i do not believe. you need at least half a liter of wodka in a short period ( say within 2 hours ) to forget ( and get really sick )
happy drinking.

How old are you? Sounds like a little kid pretending to be drunk.
It's different for every person on everyday. What and how much and when you have eaten, how much water you have in your system, what you're drinking, the amount of tolerance you have, the mood you're in.... Way too many factors to make an accurate estimate.

Its called a placebo effect, so you are kinda right and wrong. They weren't faking it, they were acting how they thought the alcohol would make them feel. Its like giving a kid with a virus(medication will not cure a virus, its gotta run its course) a sugar pill and telling them it will make them better. If you do this the child will often feel better just because they think the pill is doing something.
Also the first time you drink your body will react more sensitivity to the alcohol.

Well, there's no real way to determine what it takes to get drunk. There's weight, age, stomach content. Some people are predisposed to get drunk really easily, others need a lot.

Good Morning,
Depending on your weight and metabolism you could conceivably be legally drunk from just one drink. If you are going to drink please do not get behind the wheel of a car and drive, get a designated driver. Most states have lowered the threshold on blood alcohol to a .04, and in some states you can be legally drunk if you have a level of a .02. If you are a minor (I don't know your age so forgive me) no amount of alcohol is acceptable and you will get arrested if you are caught. States are cracking down on DWI, or DUIs and you don't want that. Your insurance rates will be shot, employment opportunities will be limited, and it will stay on your record indefinitely. Most states impound your vehicle, levy astronomical fines, jail time, and suspend or revoke your license to drive. If you have started drinking my best advice is to stop it before you have issues and alcoholism. Alcohol is also a gateway to other drugs many in which are illegal, and if you think you have issues now get caught with drugs or be in the vicinity where drugs are at and you will be guilty be association. Drugs and alcohol scare me to death, and I cannot be anywhere near them. If this was your first time please I plead with you, I beg of you let it be your last, I wish you only the best and a bright future, but if drugs and alcohol are in your picture it will forever cloud that. I say this because I care about your humanity and your future. Please stop, please have a good life filled with hope and good fortune.
