It can really vary, depending on what I am using it for and what my mood is. Sometimes, a glass of wine and some brie would be great. I love cheddar melted over a burger, or mozzarella on a pizza, but I don't think I would like either in the place of the other. And in a salad, give me a good blue cheese any day.

I like them equally but for different things. toasted cheese needs cheddar, jacket potatoes cry out for mozzarella

I prefer to Eat cheddar cheese. I like the taste and texture but most of all I like the color.

I love Spanish cheeses like Manchego or Idiazabal. Domestic favs are Monterrey Jack, Alpine Swiss, Colby, Muenster, Goat Cheese, Feta...I love them all.
Just not a fan of the "blue" cheeses!
