I can't cook, bake and whatever. I have a mutual non-aggression convent with my kitchen.

But I really want to make some cookies. What is the easiest recipe which I won't be able to spoil no matter how hard I try?

1¾ cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) good oleo or butter
4 cups flour
2 large eggs
1 level t soda
1 t vanilla
⅓ t salt
1 t butter flavoring

Cream the oleo or butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and beat in. Mix in vanilla and butter flavorings. Stir salt and soda into flour. Add flour a little at a time to egg mixture. Dough will be very thick. Can be shaped into rolls, chilled and sliced. For Christmas cookies, roll out on lightly floured surface. Cut desired shapes. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 350° for 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

This is the easiest recipe ever for lemon cookies, and it works! Even I have made this; it is error-proof:

Take one box of cheap lemon cake mix.

Add one tub of Cool Whip topping

Stir until mixed.

Shape and place on a baking sheet and cook in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes.

That's all there is to it. they are really good cookies, too!

No bake cookies:

4 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
half cup of milk.

Cook this on the stove top - boil 3 minutes

Then add:

half cup peanut butter stir until melted.

Then add
3 cups of quick cooking oatmeal
half cup coconut (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all together, drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to harden.

Very simple and tastes like chocolate candy

Easier:

Fudge

1 stick butter
1 pkg of chocolate chips (use other flavors if you wish)
2 eggs
1 lb of powder sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips on low heat or in the microwave. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add powder sugar. Pour the chocolate mixture over the sugar mixture and mix. Add nuts if desired. Pour into a 9x9 pan and refrigerate. Always keep this in the fridge due to the use of raw egg.
