How long should I roast it for? I cant find any receipes for a boneless breast.
Thanks I dont want to give the family food poisoning!!

A boneless breast will take about the same amount of time as a bone-in breast. All you need is to make sure that it isn't too pink inside b4 consumed.

If you have a meat thermometer, put it in the thickest part of the breast and cook it until it says poultry or 180 degrees. 350 degrees would be a good temperature to cook it at. If you don't want the skin browned, cover it with foil.

First you need to have your wt. per pounds its 2.2 Kg per pound then just cook it 17 to 21 mins per pound, use a meat thermometer (turkey needs to be at least 165 degrees) they are cheap only a couple of bucks and they come in handy a great deal of the time!

My answer is exactly as JEN... YOu can go wrong...Just poke a thermometer in the breast until it reaches it 160 F.
