We have a lovely rib of English beef just a shade over a kilogram (about 2.3 or 2.4 lbs) and were wondering how you lovely people think we should cook it (what herbs, spices etc to add to it, whether to add wine or ale, how long to bake or roast it and at what temperature etc)? has eny body ever drank sassafras tea. tell me the health benafits , I know it was around before the inglish came to america. its adictive. can cause cancer or liver problems i read. it was around when the boston tea party. the english shipped over to america. I see in the movies and some people drink straight from the bottle. Exactly what are they drinking? Is it possible to drink any thing straight or is there a certain "proof" to watch out. Please include wines,and spirits (champagne can be drank straight too right?).
