I am cooking Beef for Christmas dinner this year. I would like to know of any other things i can fill this meat with instead of the usual sage and onion stuffing which some of my guest's are not very keen on.

Thanks in advance. ;)

I'm baking a birthday cake for my mum's birthday on Boxing Day. It's going to be made from a Victoria Sandwich recipe and then iced - if I bake it today, and store it in an air tight container, roughly how long will it be edible for? Should I put it in the freezer and defrost it the night before (without the icing on)?

whioch made me feel they came out crunchy but the next time i ate it such that i carefully avoided biting into sugar that came in the way concentrated on the non sugar part which felt kindof chewy...my question is will it turn out to be ok the next time if i liquidise the brown sugar(keeping it on stove over low heat) and then using it in the same recipe??

Everytime my family has noodles I always get fried rice and I always pick out the cabbage and capsicum because I don't like it. My Mum thinks its not right to ask not it put it in there because 'you get what your given'. What are your thoughts on this?

The Fried Rice is made right in front you and it would be so easy not to put it in.

And I know this is a ridiculous question-but I don't want to be picking bits out of my rice tonight lol :)
