Just add some liquor to the eggnog. Try one yourself and see how much tastes right to you. A clear glass mug is a nice container to use. Garnish with whatever you like! With Bailey's I think nutmeg would be nice-whipped cream seems kind of redundant-there's cream in the eggnog.

Well, it really depends on how much liquor you enjoy.......I would say no more than 3-1oz shots per carton, as then the Baileys will start to over power the eggnog instead of complimenting it. Just give a few tastes as you are mixing. You can always add more, back cannot take it back out. Whipped cream is always gorgeous on top of Eggnog, as is the traditional cinnamon/nutmeg. You can also try crushed pieces of candy cane, like a hot chocolate. Good luck

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7pE
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Homeade Egg Nog. This is wonderful and believe me nothing like the egg nog flavored milk you buy ready made which there is nothing wrong with, but that's not egg nog as far as I am concerned.
Egg Nog
8 eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups light rum OR 2 Tablespoons rum flavoring (here is where you simply use your Bailey's instead of the rum)
2 Tablspoons finely ground nutmeg (the finer ground, the better)
2 cups heavy cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla
6 cups milk
Instructions:
Step 1: Beat the whites of 8 eggs until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Step 2: Beat the yolks of 8 eggs until thick and lemon colored.
Step 3: Gradually beat in sugar with the egg yolks.
Step 4: Add the light rum (bailey's) or rum flavoring, vanilla and ground nutmeg. Beat until mixed.
Step 5: With a whisk or spoon, stir in 2 cups of heavy cream and all of the milk.
Step 6: Add the egg white mixture to the rum mixture and fold together until blended.
Step 7: Chill the nog until ready to serve. Stir with a whisk before serving.
This festive nog can be made the night before. Just stir with a whisk before serving.
