Vist that website, it has almost everything you can cook with tuna, but i guess it depends what you have on hand.

I suggest you take a look at the Tuna and Mushroom Casserole recipe and see if you like it, because i do.

Goodluck,

QUICK AND EASY TUNA FISH CASSEROLE

1 or 2 cans tuna
1 tsp garlic salt to taste
just a shake of salt
just a shake of pepper
a little over 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
3/4 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 bag of egg noodles

Boil egg noodles until done; drain.
Drain water from tuna and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients.

Be sure mixture has a creamy enoughconsistency, and taste to see if enough garlic salt has been added. If mixture is too creamy, add more bread crumbs, and vice-versa (Ranch Dressing).

Stir in cooked egg noodles and serve immediately or place a couple slices of cheese (of your choice) on top and bake in the oven JUST for a couple minutes until the cheese melts.

Overcooking will make tuna dry.

The best thing to do with tuna is an old fashioned tuna sandwich, in my view. You can try doing like tuna salad on a tomato, or tuna cassarole...but nothing beats som fresh celery, tiny bit of onion, fresh mayo, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, on a fresh baggette, or ons some hearty whole grain...

now I'm hungry.

Saute some onions, add flour and milk to make a white sauce. Boil some noodles while the white sauce is simmering. Add tuna to the white sauce, then the tuna sauce to the noodels. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grated cheese on top is good too.

I make regular tuna. then I grill the bread and put the tuna in the pan to warm while grilling the bread. I place a piece of american cheese on the bread to melt. then pile the tuna high on the sandwich...... Oh so filling.

I don't know what you like, but a little chopped onion, dill pickle and some mayo and dijon mustard mixed with it, eaten on whole grain bread sounds good to me.
My kitties just like it straight out of the can!
