Heinz salad cream. Has to be Heinz, the others are rubbish.

Blue cheese sauce, and whilst not a dressing, I like to warm a Stilton wedge, make a small hole in the plastic wrapper and 'pipe' the cheese around the salad. It looks good and goes really well with salad.
