We've grilled all year around for many years. Since many of our favorite recipes for things like steaks, pork chops and boneless chicken breasts recommend grilling over a direct-medium fire on a covered grill, cold weather just means adding a little to the grilling time.
We use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. It takes into account the outside temperature.

The only potential problem would be if it's too cold (let's say below 20 degrees) and there's no wind, you'd be hard pressed to have enough oxygen to keep the fire good and hot. But, the only main difference between summer and winter grilling is the food takes a tad longer to cook.

Nope we do it all the time. The heat from the grill also makes for a fine gathering place. As long as it isn't too windy, snowing or raining anyway.

No. Go for it. As long as you can stand being outside to turn the stuff on the grill.

Nothing wrong with it. If you had an indoor grill with a good vent then you wouldn't have to, but you make do with what you have.

No, I live in minnesota and I grill till the propane doesn't run any more! (About 10 degrees f.) Just the colder it gets the more propane you need in your tank to get it to flow.
Just make sure you don't light up your coat by accident!

Hey, I did it yesterday it was 36. As long as it's not raining. If you grill on your deck just make sure it's not icy...or at least be careful if it is.
