Do I use boiling onions or what kind? Do I boil them first and then make a white sauce? Should I use cream or just milk in the sauce?

As we all know, eating meat will kill you. Our digestive track was designed for a vegan diet and we were never meant to eat meat. This has been proven over and over again in scientific studies.

My question is this, can your body ever fully recover from eating meat?

I have a friend who got really sick from eating meat and not eating fresh fruits and vegetables. This friend is currently staying home because he was disabled from a work related injury. I have been entrusted to buy this friend's groceries while his caregiver is away. He has been requesting meat, but I refuse to buy it and I now have him on a vegan diet. Some friends of his tried to sneak him a bucket of chicken from KFC, but luckily I caught them as they were pulling into the drive way and I told them to leave. He claims he doesn't feel good when he doesn't eat meat and now he is saying he is tired because I won't let him eat meat. I informed him that his body is detoxing and that he will have to hang in there.

Saw a show on tv today, guys climbing a mountain. They stopped for the night and made "Fried Bread" NOT deep fried, just a little bit of oil in a pan and dough. Anyone know where I can find how to make this? Looked so good, just want to try.

would drinking cranberry juice be the same as eating the cranberries themselves. If I got something like Juicy Juice, would it be the same as if I were eat the cranberries. I can never find cranberries in the store, that's why I'm thinking of gettin the cranberry juice instead.

My 9 year old daughter (standing behind me as I type this) is trying to prepare for her science fair project "How To Make The Best Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich" - Step one is taste tests - step two is actually constructing the sandwich. How do you make your favorite PB & J sandwich? Please be as descriptive as possible. ie... kind of bread, brand of peanut butter, brand & flavor of jelly, jam or preserves.

(These survey results will be printed for my 9 year old daughters use in conducting her taste tests.)

I followed a recipe, then when they turned out horrible, I looked for other recipes, and they were all very similar. I have had fantastic Spritz cookies, so why were mine so bad when I followed the recipe? My mother told me it was probably because I used generic store brand butter.....

One of the main arguments about veganism is that they believe humans should not use and exploit animals, be it for food, clothing etc.. They also believe that no animals are higher and lower than each other and humans are just as equal in their right to life as any other animal.

Now, animals don't care about eating other animals. A lot of them do.. they do not question what they eat. Now if animals can go and eat other animals in the wild then how come us a humans, or fellow animals, cannot eat them? After we all we are animals too and therefor since other animals eat meat then how come humans cannot?
