I like to use English Muffins for the dough. If you use these you can make all different kinds of pizza. If you have children or just a lot in your family you can all make your own pizza. Just buy the muffins and canned pizza sauce. Then buy whatever toppings you like. Don't forget the cheese. Put the sauce on the muffin after it is cut in half. Top with your favorite ingredients. Then just cook them until the cheese starts to turn brown. We use the toaser over because the kids like to watch the pizza cook. Good luck.

Here is an easy pizza recipe that will make 8 individual pizza's.
1 box frozen garlic toast
1 jar pasta or pizza sauce
1package of pepperoni or other favorite topping
1 package shredded pizza cheese
place frozen garlic toast on baking sheet. Divide pizza sauce to cover each toast slice. Add pepperoni on top of sauce then cover with cheese. Bake at 350 till hot and bubbly. Let cool a few minutes then enjoy. My kids love for me to make this for supper. You can add veggies to your pizzas like sliced ripe olives or roasted bell peppers and onions too. The sky is the limit!

the pizza dough is really easy: 500 gr. all purpose wheat flour, one 7 gr sachet of dry active yeast (or one fresh yeastcube, 25 gr), 1 tsp salt, 2tsp sugar, 3 tbsp olive oil, lukewarm water; put the salt first in a bowl, so it wont' be too near the yeast; add flour, oil, yeast and sugar, now add the water; it should be about 200/250 ml; knead well till you have an elastic dough. Now you can either freeze it or use it. If you use it, let it raise (covered with a cloth) till it's doubled in size, punch it back and knead again; roll it out and add olive oil, chopped canned tomatoes, chopped mozzarella, origano and a little salt. Don't forget to cut mozzarella 2 hours before using it, otherwise it will yield water and soak your pizza. Let it raise again for 30 minutes, then cook in a preheated oven at 220°C, it will take 8/10 minutes. On your pizza you can also put ham, sliced onions, canned tuna, grilled eggplant or zucchine, salame, anchovies and garlic, mushrooms, frankfurters, cheese of any kind, chili, shrimps, at your choice.

I buy a frozen cheese pizza and add my own toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapenos, etc.
Also, make individual pizza slices by rolling out a can of croissant rolls and dividing the individual crosissant rolls. Leave flat in a triangle. Add some marinara pizza sauce and top with your favorite cheeses and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees.

Easy to me means REALLY easy. I use pita bread, and then since I make my own spaghetti sauce, I make up a little of that (takes just a sec) or will use jarred pizza sauce, add preshredded mozarella, and add toppings. My son likes cheese and pepperoni, daughter likes canadian bacon, I like veggie and my husband will eat a little of all of them.
The pitas allow you to have individual pizzas and it tastes good!

I use frozen bread dough. Follow the directions on the package to thaw. Grease your pan and press dough into pan then bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 5 to10 minutes. Pull out and spread pizza or spaghetti sauce on and then the toppings of your choice return to oven for about10 minutes or until cheese is melted. You can also make pizza by taking a loaf of Italian bread and slicing it in half length wise. Spread a little margarine or butter on each half. Sprinkle with a little minced garlic, dried parsley, and parmesan cheese. Place in 400 degree oven for about five minutes. Pull out and add sauce and toppings of your choice. Return to oven for about another 10 minutes. Hope this helped.
