Any exercise you like to do or which has previously had good results for you or which you think might have good results for you.
Why should you exercise differently than anyone else because you are vegan?

Why would you think that a supposedly perfect diet fo humans need special exercise routines? Isn't any good exercise routine for everybody ( without special consideratons of ourse like physical challenges) regardless of diet? Do you mean vegans are not able to perform regular exercis rotines? If so, why would that be?And why did you have to specify that you are vegan and healthy? Is it your experience that fellow vegans are not healthy? That you need to emphasize that you are in contrast to other vegans?

Veganism has nothing to do with your workout routine. And without knowing what the goal of your workout is, nobody can really give you a routine, sight unseen. You might have better luck in Diet & Fitness, especially if you are more specific about what you're looking for.

Vegans can do all the same exercises as non-vegans, as simple as that. Just do what you like that keeps your heart beat up, whether it's jogging or tae bo.

Nothing too strenuous dear because you don't have the diet to support anything rigorous or manly, IMO. Brisk walking, shuffleboard, chair exercises, deep breathing excercises. You might research exercises for heart patients. . . that would give you some excellent suggestions.

Same exercises as for a carnivorous! Changing diets doesn't make you change species!

where did you get the idea that vegans need to exercise differently from non-vegans?

BTW, chewing on beef jerky is great exercise for your jaw muscles. :-)
