No way 200 degrees! Far too hot for far too long.

Twenty minutes a pound, plus 20 - and at about 180 degrees. Keep an eye on it - cover breast until the last half hour or so, and stick a knife into the thickest part of the thigh to check for doneness!

The magic number is 325ºf from my book
subtract 32 multiply by 5 then divide by 9
325ºf - 32 = 293 x5 = 1465 / 9 = 162.7ºc
Or you Just might want to check
try the Yahoo Toolbar Reference

I think it *"gives"* you the answer
OOps not temperature

162Celcius equals 325F. and that's what I cook my turkey at. It should be done in about 4 hours as today's turkeys seem to cook a lot faster than they did in the old days.
