When depressed - Pizza, coke & Harry Potter.

When stressed - Anything salty or savory. Salmon rolls are good for this too (with cream cheese & chives!)

When tired - Stove top heated beautiful hot cup of milk chocolate sometimes with coffee or a dash of rum!

When lonely - Rich moist chocolate cake!

When rewarding myself - Hot chips smothered in gravy!! *drool*

Anytime comfort food - Tea & biscuits, of course!

Similar to yours actually....but with a slight twist! I lightly toast a couiple of crumpets, then, just do the same as you have done...beaten egg, cheese etc....lovely,

But I do like a Cadburys Flake, straight from the fridgs, washed down with a glass of ice cold milk!!

I think I can eat raisins and get away with consuming lots of them at any one time. They have no fat and give you instant energy in the form of fructose, because the sugar goes directly into the blood and gives you a boost in your energy level.

Just for a change, something with gluten in it. However, as a coeliac, it wouldn't be good for me and I'd regret it.

Mine would be homemade chicken and dumplings stew. I make the best and it is great on a really cold and windy day!
