I'm making spaghetti for dinner tommorrow. I'll be using a slower cooker. I already put mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions, celery (sliced very small), and grated carrot in my sauce. I also put in, garlic powder, italian seasoning and parsley.
Any other suggestions for other vegetables I can put in my sauce?

Would it turn out bad if you used the "wrong" kind of yogurt in your recipe?

I have the following recipes:

Sunrise Smoothie:
1c pineapple juice
1c vanilla yogurt
1c frozen strawberries
2 ripe bananas, peeled

Mango Tango Smoothie:
1c peeled mango
1 banana peeled
1c fat free milk
1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 c pineapple juice

Peach Power Up:
1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 c plain yogurt
3/4 c orange juice
2 c frozen sliced peaches

I usually get hungry around 11 - 12 PM. What is something to eat at that time (i'm trying not to gain weight)? I have alot of tuna, is that good, if not what is? Thanks.

I boiled some ziti and had it with my best over the counter sauce, Ragu!! Had some pepsi but pepsi was from large bottle, you know the 2 liter and didn't taste 'fresh'. (even though not that old, it was missing something.) Anyway. it was good. Was getting sick of hot dogs and chocolate cake.

I'm really thinking about becoming a vegetarian. i really dont like eating meat. i feel really bad for the animals. Do you ever feel naueous or sick from not getting alot of protein? my mom says i could go to the doctor and they could give me vitamins that will give me protien. do they work?
