not bananas, but i am really hungry and need something really good. i want to make something sort of, not granola bar or something

A bowl of Mini Wheats with milk and 2 yogurts, 1--2 Lean Cuisine or Stouffer meals or some spinach and artichoke dip with tuna, miracle whip and crackers as well.

well you could always make frito salad...lots of lettuce, tomato, cheese, kidney beans, fritos, and catalina dressing, oh and cooked hamburger meat. Its very filling, and if you use lean ground beef, and no fat catalina. Its very good, and because of all the lettuce, it fills you up without really eating too much junk! Plus the crunchyness of the fritos, adds texture which tricks your mind into just thinking its a snack and fixes the munchy cravings.

popcorn
if you want healthy eat it plain or with butter and salt even add some cheese. It does not take long and it is easy to make. you can save some plain and eat it in the morning like cereal.

Sardines,the protein in them make you full.
And it's a healthy snack to boot.
