And if not, than yes they do. A vegetarian by definition is a person who does not eat or does not believe in eating meat, fish, fowl, or, in some cases, any food derived from animals, as eggs or cheese, but subsists on vegetables, fruits, nuts, grain, etc.
There is nothing in that definition about not eating cookies.

This has been asked at least 250 times.
248 times they spelled it "vegetarian"
2 with it spelled "vegitarian." You are the third to spell it this way and it comes to a total of 251.
There may be more, but I can't think of any other ways to misspell "vegetarian." I have tried "vegatarian", "vagatarian" and "veggetarian" and have pulled up no results. Can anyone else think of another way somebody might spell it?
I am sorry to hijack this from the official keeper of this question, but the official keeper has greatly underestimated the number of times this question has been asked. Just put "vegetarian animal cracker" on "search for questions" and try to think of some ways to misspell the words.
Maybe we can send a prize to the 300th person to ask. How about a box of animal crackers?

umm, its spelled vegetarian. And yes, we do. As long as they aren't cooked in animal fat. Most are baked anyway, and if they use oil, it is vegetable oil so the calorie and fat content is cut. A cracker is a cracker, no matter what shape it's in.

Nope, because when you say vegetarian, it's all about vegetables, green leafy vegetables. And animal crackers are not considered as vegetables.
