That is a tricky question seeing ad I LOVE potatoes period !!! But I love mashed potatoes whipped with a little garlic and cheese. These are the best. Also, if you add a ittle cream it makes them so smooth. These are my favorite. Although I have to keep jogging to keep them from settling on my hips !!! Give them a try......you'll LOVE them !!!

Mashed potatoes with a spoonful of butter (not too much) and a pinch of salt and pepper. It is so filling to me! It's probably the starch.

Love all of em, but I think mashed potatoes are a great comfort food. Love grated cheddar cheese melted on top of them.
