yes the tuna is ok, but lighter snacks like celery sticks with peanut butter on them, carrots, things with low sugar are better for you. I wouldnt really recommend fruit at this time because of the sugars in it, its more of a daytime snack to help keep you energized. Stick to veggies and you should be good.

Tuna is great, but don't eat more than one can a week-something to do with the mercury in it. I love to snack late, I found that a small salad with some lean turkey is yummy. Or even a bowl of heathly cereal with lowfat milk is always filling.

Too bad you're watching your weight because Oreo and milk is always yummy for late night snacking.
Yeah, I think tuna is okay. You could also try crackers, fruits and yogurt.

Stay away from stuff that gives you energy (sugars, carbs, etc). I would stick to light vegetables. Maybe Celery for example. Or, you have some soup. It's filling and will probably help you sleep.
Turkey is supposed to help you sleep too, just have a small amount of it though.

i love this snack that my husband created for us...fritos scoops...chilli and velveta cheese....put the chips on a plate, pour the chilli and velveta in a bowl and microwave it...then pour it over the chips and put them in the microwave for about 30secs. great snack...
if you want healthy...eat a fruit "salad"--kiwi, strawberries, apple cubes, banana slices...etc.---add some ice-cream
