I have looked all over the place for a recipe for an Italian omelett type thing which isn't done on the stove or turned. It's baked in the oven......my brother's mom-in-law used to make it and NOBODY in the family can remember how she did it. All I know for sure is that it had sweet Italian sausage in it. It was delicious! Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about and how to make one?

When a cow is sent in to be slaughtered for meat, do they throw the skin away or ship that skin to be processed as leather?

If they do send the skin to be processed as leather (as they can't process leather in the same complex where they slaughter the cow for meat, obviously), how do they do it to prevent it from spoiling?

Anyone have any idea why beers such as Nati Light, Keystone Light etc. are so popular at college parties? The stuff tastes like crap.

The only explanation I have is that people buy it for the low cost and try to get drunk off of it.

Why not spend about the same amount of money for a bottle of vodka? Gets you drunk faster and saves you calories.

Personally, I drink for taste and I don't get why so many people buy this stuff. Can anyone give me some perspective?

I really like the hazelnut cocoa spread Nutella. I'm wondering if anyone has a favorite way to use it, whether it's a favorite bread to spread it on, or a good recipe using it? I'd like to try some different ways of enjoying my favorite spread.

I always love using fresh ingredients to make gourmet pizzas but everytime my crust end up soaked because of the water from fresh ingredients like mushrooms and tomatoes. This is so frustrating because the crust is beautiful and it's being ruined by the water coming out from the veggies! Does anyone have any suggestion to this problem and help me to get rid of the water?? This would help a lot, thx.
