Two ways:
1. Wilt the veggies before placing them on the crust. You can do this in the microwave or in a saute pan.
2. Brush a thin layer of olive oil on the crust before putting on the toppings.
3. Add fresh toppings sparingly.
4. When adding fresh tomatoes, slice them very thinly.
5. Do not salt the pizza until it comes out of the oven, just before serving.
You shouldn't get too much moisture out of mushrooms but tomatoes will gush.

Slightly cook the tomatoes. I lay mine on a glass dish and microwave for 15 seconds and drain the water off. I do this a couple of more times and then make sure the tomatoes on the last to top the pizza.
For the mushrooms, same thing only I slice them as thinly as I can, then let them cool on a towel after microwaving.

There are several things you can do:
* sprinkle the pizza base with cheese first
* seed the tomato and cut them into strips (as other answers have suggested)
* grill your fresh vegetables first, before putting them on the pizza
* make a thick sauce with your fresh tomato and use that
Of course, the base should be baked first.

May be clean the seeds and guts out of the tomatoes, when i use fresh mushrooms on mine i use reg white mushrooms sliced I hate canned ones on pizza and i have never had that problem i love peices of garlic on mine also(I do not use tomatoes not a tomato person, my pasta sauce is alfredo and i get white pizzas to lol. that is if i can get my own.) I also think its crucial to make the slices thin so they gril or cook before they have a chance to sweat out.
goood luck

I cut my tomatoe in half and then I squeeze the juice out of them. Then slice and add to the pizza. I learn this on the Rachel Ray show.

first slice your tomatoes and either put them on a paper towel ant salt them let them sit for about a half hour to drain or slice them lay on a broiler rack and roast in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes juice will drain and they will have a roasted flavor watch ovens may vary

Yep, they are right about precooking the toppings, also try brushing the crust with a little olive oil, then putting a layer of cheese underneath the topping and more cheese on top.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.
