If you were to actually lose 10 lbs in three days, it would be water from your body, water which is extremely vital for your body and health. Your not going to look any skinnier. A healthy amount of weight to lose is 2-3 lbs a week.

10 pounds in 3 days!?!?
that's not possible unless you get liposuction.
I'm not a vegetarian but a vegan and never lost such amount in such little time. you can't possibly lose that much weight so fast, at least not the healthy way and EVEN if that was possible you'd gain it right back so quickly.

RE: How can vegetarians lose 10 kilos/five kg in three days? Hi! I'm a vegetarian, and I desire to drop extra pounds. Please don't inform me that wasting 5kg in three days is detrimental, for a few it can be so however now not for all. The results are exceptional for each and every person. Anyway, the nutrition comprises meat however I'm a vegetarian so I used to be considering if there used to be a...

It is impossible to lose that much weight in such a short period of time - if you do, it will be in water weight, not fat. You will gain the weight back plus some a short time later. The only safe and effective amount of weight you can lose is two pounds a week, in order to sustain the weight loss. Losing weight is hard - there is no easy way to do it, for if there were, nobody would be overweight.

Right, this would be extremely unhealthy and not something anyone should do. When losing weight 2 or 3 pounds a week is about right.

uh, weight yourself butt naked..bam you are ten pound lighter! jk. but think about it and don't get scammed by "diet plans" that are unrealistic..1 pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. so in order to loose 10 pound of FAT you'd have to burn off 35,000 calories..and on average a mile jog burns about 90-110 calories/ i doubt you will be willing or even ABLE to run 116 miles per day for 3 days.sooo...THINK ABOUT IT. use your head..your goal is impossible and most of all..unhealthy. evennnnn if you starve yourself for three days (which is so dumb and WON'T help you loose weight..the opposite will happen..) you still wouldn't weight more than 5 pounds less on the scale..and it would be WATER weight..nottt fat.. you would look the same, and your clothes would fit the same too..
just eat healthy, enough and only when your hungry. workout everyday and you willlll be able to loose 1 pound every 3-5 days..GOOD LUCK ! oxooxxxooxx

I've lost 80 lbs this last 12 months through good and bad methods.

But you cannot lose 10 lbs in 3 days.. If you did.. it would only be water-weight.. and would come right back as soon as you WEREN"T dehydrated..

Consult your doctor. Loosing 10 pounds in 3 days is seriously unhealthy and you are more likely to gain more than 10 pounds back than to be able to keep it off. Quick fad diets don't work in the long run, only a balanced diet, changing bad eating habits, and exercise will keep the weight off for the long haul.

EWWWWW.

That diet is incredibly unhealthy. It mostly just purges water from your system, with little actual beneficial weightloss. Excluding those who are morbidly obese, it is NOT healthy for you to lose that much weight in that short a time period.
