they put a drop or two of oil in the coffee grains when making it to make it blend better! (many cafes do this.) The drops of oil is what makes people come back to restaurants for restaurant coffee. I useto work for Starbucks then it got changed to 2nd Cup cause Starbucks moved to a place closer to Eatons! I wound up working for 2nd Cup! You only said one secret so that's all I say! What I did is no secret!
