I've come up with an idea of giving everyone a sticker to wear with a particular word on it. If they are heard saying the word they have to wear something funny, like big underpants or a funny hat. I need simple, fun ideas to make guests feel relaxed and to encourage conversation. Any other ideas? Thanks, Mel

Years ago my mother used to make something she called
Lemon Crumble. They were like lemon bars with shredded coconut on top, not very high maybe 3/4". She's gone now and I can't find that recipe anywhere. Would anyone have a comparable recipe you would be willing to share? Thanks in advance.

My Mom was out for dinner and ate from a bowl she really liked. I'd like to identify it, so I can buy some for her.

The best way I can describe it, is to take a regular bowl, and tilt it towards you, that is the angle at which the bowl sits. It's used for asian noodles. Does anyone know what this would be called, so I can order her some?

still be a vegetarian? This meat would be born without any capability of sentience, fear, sense of pain, etc. whatsoever, and would remain in a vegetative state for the entirety of its life.

Would you eat the healthier bits (like fish and the like) if this was the case?

Im trying to be a vegetarian and have been trying \many different types of food. i realised i hateeee tofu and i cant stand immitation meat and most veggie burgers. Also, most recipies i found have spanish or latin influence. Which does not appeal to me. Ive grown up on italian and american foods. Its not that i wont try new food it just seems like i do not like most of it. so does anyone have any good recipies?

i want to make something sweet..
but all i have are...
sugar (of course)
flour, backing powder.. some cinnamon powder
and a little bit of shreadded coconut..
and some blueberries.., what can i make with them??
and i dont have any dairy :( i dont have butter nor egg or milk.. but i have powdered cram for coffeee.. maybe that can be a substitute?

The local Armenian bakery uses it in their "old Armenian style" bread. It says on the paper it's a "universal starter"... is that like yeast? They use both yeast and bigaa in the bread. I wanted to read more about what bigaa is made from and how it is made - or even where to buy it, but I've found nothing.

Whenever we make date night meals, we always eat the same things. Steak and shrimp, ribs, or chicken... We are looking for something different.
