Sorry, but you probably won't lose any weight and will just be really tired from the lack of iron. Apples do have lots of fiber though; so, you might lose a pound or two.

You may lose some weight, but not much (even starvation does not cause much weight loss as immediately as two days). Your body will go into "starvation mode" and start clinging to any calories and fat it can get. Any weight you do lose will come back after you switch back to a normal, healthy diet. If you want to lose quick weight in two days for an event or something, there is a healthier way (but weight will still return after you go back to a normal diet): eat nothing but LOTS of vegetables all day, raw is best. Have a slice of whole-grain bread (no butter) and a "light & fit" yougurt for breakfast. Vegetables have hardly any calories, and are packed with nutrition. The bread and yougurt will also help keep your body out of starvation mode. Also drink a TON of water (not more than a gallon per day, or it becomes dangerous). Do not remain on this fast for more than 3 or 4 days...it is meant to be a temporary detox for fast weight loss.

You could do it but not recommended after two days of eating only apples you Will experience a bowl problem it Will be like urine coming out of your rectum. Proper diet and exercise is need to lose weight if done correctly you may see results in two weeks (however others may not see it that soon) But you will feel your clothes fitting differently. Talk to your Dr and he can prescibe a diet for you or point you in the right direction(weight watchers, Jenny Craig, LA Weight loss) etc.

Maybe but it probably would not be much....if any. It's the calories you need to watch: how much you put in and how much you burn off. The key is to burn off more than you eat for weight loss. So you can eat apples but if you eat 2,000 calories worth of apples without exercise you still may be the same weight or even gain. the average apple is 60 calories. Good luck

Yes you will lose weight. However when you start eating ( and will have to eat again) The weight will come back. This is very unhealthy. Please do not do this. Your body will fight back when you start eating again.

My suggestion is to eat six small meals. Each containing a protein, vegetable, and fruit. Atleast two should have breads. I use rice cakes. Breakfast is rice cake, peanut butter and a apple. Lunch is Tuna, Tomato and a bannana, Dinner is grilled chicken, small salad, and orange. My snacks are trail mix, beef jerky, protein bars. I drink 80 ounces of water. I also walk everyday.

Drastic weight lose in unhealthy changing your eating and health habits is the key.

sweetheart. Yes you would lose weight, but thats not a good thing. Eating only apples for 2 days is extremely unhealthy. Your not getting enough protein or carbohydrates to be healthy and active. By doing this, you are depriving your body of MANY things it needs to survive. If you would like to lose weight, go on a healthy diet. Eating apples for 2 days straight is an idiotic thing to do. =( please dont do it!

umm well if you only eat apples for 2 days...you wont lose much weight. but if you exercise you might lose a couple pounds. a good way to lose weight is to wear a garbage bag over your shirt. cut holes out for your head and arms. the garbage bad contains your body heat and serves as a sweatsuit. you can throw a couple sweatshirts over that if you would like. BE CAREFUL, its not exactly healthy, but it works very well. jog about a mile. remember to keep hydrated. if you start to feel light headed of woozy, stop and rest. a week of this, and youll lose about 15 pounds. you dont have jog at a fast pace. take your time. i find that jogging slower, tends to make me sweat more. remember to eat healthy. good luck with the weight loss.

Find a hobby such as painting old furniture, that requires alot of arm movement... along with a healthy diet. You'll lose weight faster this way. You can't lose weight if all you do is eat apples and sit and watch TV all day.

forget the apple, to lose weitght quick. Don't eat anything, then your body will survive off of the muscle content, reducing it,.....not too brilliant. Do more, eat less. Have cookies if you want them, two, three, four.....not the whole bag. Who made the 3 meal a day rule anyway? Eat when you are hungry. don't eat if you aren't hungry.

umm ya ull probably loose weight. but u need to eat them at the right times and the right ammount or else u could gain weight. dont starve urself. make sure u have an apple or 2 in the morning. then like a snack then lunch a few apples. then dinner a 3 or 4 apples.
