You can, but that doesn't mean you should.
I don't remember who, but an artist made some one time as an art piece.
In France, there is a farm called le Petit Singly that makes it.
However: whatever the thing producing the milk (woman, goat, cow, etc.) eats, will change the flavor of the milk and in turn, the flavor of the cheese.
Cows generally eat the same sorts of things, so this is why most milk tastes the same.
Women do not eat the same things everyday. Therefore, any cheese made with breast milk would have a different flavor every single time it was made.
I don't think spaghetti, corn chips and tequila would make for a very tasty cheese.
Not to mention... cheese making is a pretty labor intensive process. Also... most cheese is made from pasteurized milk. I don't suppose you have the appropriate equipment at home to do this, nor the rennet necessary to make the milk curdle and begin the cheese-making process.
I don't have children, but can't you just pump it, bottle it up, and put it in the fridge? That seems a little more useful to me.

This should give you the answer you are looking for. I read it, and it said breast milk does not curdle like regular cows milk. So no cheese. Just freeze it up, it will last a long time, and when you are ready to wean your baby from the breast, you can give him/her the pumped milk in a bottle.

I don't know about that, but It seems to me you would lose the antibiotic and hormonal value, not to mention the amount of sodium in most cheese.
I do know that there may be an organization in your area for donating breast milk to help premies or infants whose mother cannot provide for various reasons.

sure you additionally could make cheese from any mammal milk. it is almost a metaphor for genuine cow dairy farms: some cheeses could require you to coagulate it with rennet meaning you may might desire to kill the female's toddler (in case you retain on with primary dairy farm practices) to reap the rennet micro organism from the toddler's (calf's) abdomen. in case you drank milk from a human lady you may might desire to have her strapped up and hooked as much as the pump almost all day. because of the fact the human could "dry up" ultimately, you may might desire to impregnate her so as that she will initiate generating milk returned. as quickly as the toddler is born you're able to do something you elect to it. maximum individuals sell it for meat (for calves this is veal). The human will purely stay to be a million/2 as previous as is widely used because of the fact of each and every of the stress on her physique. sure, this is disgusting. we are the sole species on earth that liquids milk after the weaning degree, and we are additionally the sole species who liquids it from yet another species. And this is not even needed for human well being!!

I'm sure you can. Dunno if it'd be safe for the baby to eat though. There'd be some fear of bacteria that the baby's immune system can't handle.
Don't ask me how you'd make it. I think there are kits with something to curdle it. Thinking you don't have enough extra to make cheese unless you have gallons extra.
Better idea might be to see if another baby needs it. You'd express it and refrigerate it. Check with a hospital/obstetrician near you.

Ewww i dont think you should try that or even entertain the thought of it. maybe you should use the breast pump and pump the rest out and store it in the refrigarator as long as it stays fresh than throw it out thats all you can do.

Wow .. Never really thought about that .. Of course it probably could be done .. But what would you do with it? Serve it to your next born child? Or freeze and reserve it for a life crisis?
