My Mom was out for dinner and ate from a bowl she really liked. I'd like to identify it, so I can buy some for her.

The best way I can describe it, is to take a regular bowl, and tilt it towards you, that is the angle at which the bowl sits. It's used for asian noodles. Does anyone know what this would be called, so I can order her some?

Easiest thing is to contact the restaurant, talk to the person who ordered the bowls, and ask him/her for the info, including, if possible, ordering info.

I do not know the name but I saw something like that in China Town Chicago. Ask an Asian Friend they may know the name of it or call the restaurant as ask.

Don't know the name, but Alberini's Restaurant in Niles, OH uses them for some entrees (like their crabcakes). They have a website and would probably tell you what they're called. The dishes do make for nice presentation, don't they?!?
