a friend of mine was over bbq-ing yesterday and exclaimed that she wanted to eat so much pork that she would go crazy. i thought this to be a delightful way to go insane but fear that she might have been pulling my leg. she had said that it had to do with it being so similar to human meat, and if it really is then why would human meat make you go crazy?

We are having new employees from my husbands work to come over for a BBQ. I am looking for ideas on how to make it run smoothly(and so I dont look like an incompetent bosses wife). Ideas on decorations, food, music , bar setup would be great. I know a lot of people are having parties these next coming weeks and I would like to get ideas. Since there are going to be kids, we are getting a bouncer to hopefully keep the kids away from the adults. Any more idea ideas would be great. I thank you all in advance!

when i was in juarex, mexico 3 or 4 years ago doing missions work, i had an amazing meal at one of the schools! it was pork (i think) with some kind of red sauce on it. it was absolutely amazing and i was wondering if any one may know the name of it/ have recipes for it?? thank you VERY much!

Got some Pepsi Max thinking it would help me make it through the afternoon. After drinking the first one, I felt a little weird. Got a little short of breathe, stomach felt queasy. I thought I was just under the weather and it went away in a couple of hours but it happened again the next time I drank one so I'm sure it's the soda. I know this stuff has a lot of caffine but I drink tons of soda and coffee all day and have never felt this way. Anyone else have this kind of reaction to Pepsi Max?

I want to know what is the best way to preserve soda from losing its "fizz"? I have bought bottles from places and had them sitting in my home for a while maybe 1-2 weeks. And when I crack em open they often are flat and nasty. I know that certain stores have "bad" soda so I was curious is there any way to preserve "good" soda once you buy it?

I really thought everyone knew Aquafina and Dasani were tap water. But apparently it's news that they have to label more clearly.
