If you only have a small amount it's okay. A couple of teaspoons a day is all you need. Also, you should be eating the unsalted ones otherwise you'll be getting way too much salt.

its unhealthy if you eat a large amount because you will eat too much salt and if you are eating a small amount its okay hope that i helped
