what's your perfect salad?

mine's spinach, with almonds,oranges,and red wine vinegar.
pretty simple.

fresh spinach with cooked bacon crumbled over top, bean sprouts, thinly sliced red onion and fresh sliced mushrooms.. and the dressing is apple cider vinegar sugar and ketchup mix it all up and pour over salad....god this is so good...

I love spinach salad too, I would add red onions to what you already have.

My favorite(and my husbands too) is with Mixed Greens,cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion,(all fresh from the garden) some grilled chicken, diced up cheddar cheese and raspberry dressing.

First I marinate my chicken over night, then I grill it on the George Foreman. Next put it over either romaine lettuce or spinach, with tomatoes, cheese, and Italian dressing.

Mine's pretty simple--

Iceberg & Romaine lettuce, chopped red onion, cucumber, a little bit of shredded mozzarella, and either sliced deli turkey (think lunchmeat-type sliced) or grilled chicken breast, and then I always use light Thousand Island dressing.

I love Garden Salad. I also love my salad with sweet corn, pasta with mortadella, chicken mayonnaise, lemon, olives, tomatoes, squared potatoes, vinaigrette dressing or 1000 island. Anything that doesn't have fish or tuna in it.

Mine's arugula with thinly sliced red onion, fresh baby bella mushrooms, slices of my homegrown lemon boy tomatoes, topped with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar! YUM.

Mines Iceburg lettuce, some form of cheese, my fave is crumbled feta, green olives, black olives, cucumbers, croutons, bacon bits, banana pepper rings, and a vinegar dressing usually Italian.

Yum! Mine is spinach, sliced strawberries, goat cheese, and pine nuts with a raspberry vinaigrette!!!
