Thaw them out .
Put them in a crock pot.
Pour a bottle of BBQ sauce then fill the bottle about 3/4 way with water , pour that on.
Cook them all day (8hrs) on low.
They are delicious and fall off the bone.

BBQ.
Thaw them throughly. In water to thaw sooner. Dry them. Place the ribs in a microwave on high for about 8 minutes. This will help them to be more tender.
Salt lightly on both sides.
Take some BBQ sauce, add honey until it appears thick enough to stick to the ribs.
Fire up the grille until hot. Place the ribs on the grill for about 5-8 minutes to seal in the juices. Turn them for the same time.
Turn down the heat to med. If you can locate the ribs away from the direct heat, do so, or light only one side of grille and place ribs on the unlit side. If you can't do this, turn down the heat less than med.
Let 'em smoke for about 10 minutes. Check to be sure they aren't browning too fast. Turn them for the same time.
You can lower the heat and let them smoke and cook for a couple hours, maybe longer. Check them constantly every few minutes.
Use a fork to check tenderness. If the fork removes easily, they are about done.
Using a pastry brush coat them with the sauce and let cook a few minutes. Turn and coat the other side. I usually coat both sides twice, BUT be careful that they do not burn.
The sauce should be applied when they are near done. Not too early as the sauce will just burn.
They should be close to falling off the bone.

Okay..if I read your detail correctly, you have boneless spare ribs. Those are commenly called country back ribs and are much easier to prepare than the bone in spare's. Country ribs can be done anyway you prefer. My preference in on the grill (preferrably charcoal or wood burning grill) but gas works as well. Dry rub them with salt, pepper, garlic or whatever floats your boat. You can of course use store bought rubs like Henry's or Emmeril's essence. Rub them and let them sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes, then take out and sit on counter and let get to room tempture. Pre heat your grill, then place ribs on the coolest part f the grill, not the hottest. If you can arrange it to be on indirect heat that would work even better. Grill them like you would a steak, but turning them more often. Once they are about done (you can cut into one and make sure no blood runs out) then baste with you favorite BBQ sauce...the key to good BBQ is low and slow, low tempature for a longer period of time, will help in tenderizing the meat. Of course crockpot works as well, but it is true sacrolidge to BOIL ribs in the BBQ community. Boiling them first takes all the fat ot of the meat, which is the primary flavor enhancer of pork, boiling ribs first basically ill give you a bland peice of meat, and all you will end up tasting is the BBQ sauce or marinade you put on them. Country ribs are the quick and easy way to enjoy bone in spare ribs, but are usually made from the cap end of a rib rack, meaning a tougher peice of meat, or multiple grain lines and sinew, but prepare correctly are just as enjoyable as regular spare ribs. Hope this help, if you need more suggestions just e-mail me, have prepared country ribs numerous times, and this question is making me want to go out and buy some right now.:)

Slow cooked with BBQ sauce is the best.
INGREDIENTS
* 2 pounds pork baby back ribs
* 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece of foil with vegetable cooking spray. Brush the ribs liberally with barbeque sauce and place each portion in its own piece of foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
3. Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce, if desired.
I usually finish them up by adding more sauce and grilling them or broiling them.

1) Put into a crockpot with a jar of your favorite bbq sauce and cook on low for 8 hours.
2) Boil them and then cover with bbq sauce and grill them.
Both methods result in tender, tasty ribs.

Easy peasy!
Put the ribs on a rack (they have a lot of fat) over a sheet pan or baking pan.
Rub with your favorite spices.
Bake at 300 until done.
Dip in sauce and devour!
Best wishes!

Someone made these for us once and we fell in love with them.
1/2 cup OJ and about 3/4 or all (bottle) of your favorite BBQ sauce
beat together and pour over ribs.
Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 2.5 hours - uncover and turn
and bake uncovered for 45-60 + minutes at 400 -
We love them and people rave.
