Name all the food after the characters and make little name tags to go next to to the food. ex: Sandy's salsa
Decorate in the 50's theme, play 50's music in the background.
Do the dancing marathon as a game. Who is the best hand jiver??
Do grease karaoke...who can best sing some of the classic song.
How about who can finish the famous line. You can start the line and who ever can finish them correctly and the most of them wins.
Make a mini sleepover yearbook. just like the endof the movie so everyone can sign it.

Here are some websites that might help you out....A soc Hop seems like the collest idea. Pink and Black decorations. Make milkshakes with the 50's style cups. Serve food in the 50's style dishes, if you can afford it, buy the coke classes and other 50's style cups.
I would have dance-a-thon as a contest. People who are coupled up and dance the best 50's style. Buy a plain white sheet, and have a pink polka dots painted on them as a back drop. Have a dance floor with a juke box.(maybe rent one?)
Have a Grease Trivia game. Ask questions regarding the movie and (2 groups) and the team that asnwers most correct wins.
Party favors? I would personalize them somehow. Buy a pin (like you wear) and print off pictures from the movie (clipart) and use the pictures to make pins (fun and you can actually do it during the party) Girls love make-up and lip gloss, also stationary, pens, paper, perfumes. Maybe poodle theme too because of poodle skirts! Lots of ideas.Go to party supply places, they can help.

well could show the movie, also toss in hairspray, american graphitti, rebel without a cause, crybaby, and of course the classic, but lame, dirty dancing, cake made to look like the old portable record players with a 45 on it, pin the part on greased lighting, twist contest, decorate the place like the gym for the scene when they had the dance show at the school, ask the kids to bring a white tee and print out iron ons of different late 50's early 60's scenes & logos

well i think you should have the movie playing before they go to sleep. at the same time and have that kind of music at the party and have a dance off and see who can dance to a certain song the right way off the movie and if they do it right then give them a fake record that you could probably get at like a party store. and the decorations could be music notes or something like that
if you have anything else that you need to know???

These sites should help you with your theme. The first site will help you with your decorations. Party City also has great Rock and Roll decorations that are quite inexpensive.

Dress up like they did in the move. For the girls, find some pink jackets and for the boys, black jackets. Sing and dance to the soundtrack, if you have it. Then at night watch the movie.
