I love stuffed mushies too but I love mozzarella knots with a bit of sea salt even more.
Recently I've been making something really refreshing for summer--I peel and cut a cucumber into discs and scoop just a little of the seeds out--but not all the way through. I then put a little spoonful of Aloutte or Boursin garlic herb cheese in the hollow of the cucumber and top it off with a little piece of lox and a snip of fresh dill. Yum!

yummmm stuffed mushrooms are awesome.
also try Mamie's Famous Cheese Wafers. They are delicious!! Look at their website below for more info, but basically you can buy them at Fresh Market or lots of other places, or you can even have them ship them to you. They are kind of like cheese straws, only they have pecans in them and they taste even better!

favorite because its easiest is buying already made focacia (with cheese and tomato on it). cutting up to bit-size pieces and serving.
a popcorn mix with your favorite stuff - I like it buttered and seasoned with some good tasting nuts.
I also like the artichoke dip.
fruits, cheese and cracker platter is easy to do, just set it all on a plate with spreading knife and people can do it themselves.
