If you like Shrimps, is good to have it few times in a month, not so nutritional as the deep see fish, If you are concern about cholesterol in shrimps just before cooking take the shell off the shrimps, cooking without the shell you get 95% cholesterol free shrimps...

Cholesterol, actually - they're somethihng to avoid if yours is too high :( They ARE awesome, aren't they? I worked for a seafood publishing house, and shrimp were one of the things we had to caution against - they're not so great on omega-3s, and a serving's got something like 70% of your cholesterol DV. We still encourage folks to eat them! Just not all the time.
Sorry, I don't want to turn you off shrimp! And certainly not seafood!! If you can, though - it's hard to beat wild salmon for nutrients :) Highest in omega-3s, and mercury-free.
