We recently went to Subway, and asked to have the Mayonnaise put on the bread before toasting, and the "Sandwich Artists" said they couldn't do it because we would get sick.

First, My mom has a recipe that bakes Mayo and Cheese and Butter on Garlic Bread... Never gotten Sick.

Second, I put Mayo on my hamburger buns, and toast them... Never been Sick.

Third, doesn't Quizno's toast the whole thing with sauces and all?

So is Subway training their employees correctly, is there something wrong with this practice? (On a USDA / OSHA level?) Also if you could post a link (I'm more interested in Facts then Opinions)

The manual with my OTG says I need to cook Pizza at 210 deg for 15 minutes. But when I tried that with ready-made pizza-base, two things happened: first, the pizza base became crunchy like biscuit! and sencond, the toppings and cheese did not integrate properly with the base as in case of newly prepared pizza base. Do u, in general, suggest using ready-made pizza-base, or always preparing new base myself?

I ate a plum today, but I only took one bite because I realised that the inside of the plum was hollow. I saw something glistening inside of the plum so I looked into the hollow and saw some transparent crystals. Then I shook the plum over my hand and the crystals fell out. They were spongy and looked like small pieces of clear jell-o! Anyone, if you know what this might be, please help!

Thanks

I have an Amish Friendship bread starter - and I am almost on day 10 - but my mixture isn't bubbling or rising? I followed the directions I was given. Is the starter "dead"? Is there anyway to revive it? Thanks!

I have a hookah with four hose inputs. Whenever I smoke with more than one hose in, we do not get as much of a hit from the hookah if we do not plug the other holes with our thumbs. It stinks having to sit around with your thumb over the hole of the hose the whole time. Is there any solution to this problem? Any hose I can buy that with block the hole when I am not smoking?

The recipe calls for cooked shredded chicken. I have 2 uncooked chicken breasts so does that mean I have to boil the chicken and then shred it afterwards?

i would like to be healthier, and really don't eat much meat, so I want to because a kind-of vegatarian. From everything I have found, it would be a combo of a lot of different types.

I want to be able to *regularly* eat *chicken*, *fish and other seafoood*, *dairy products*, and preferably *eggs*, and *occasionaly* eat other meats.

From what I have found, there are only variations that allow

only fish and seafood
only chicken
only chicken and fish
all of the above with eggs
all of the above with dairy
occasional meat

is there a different type for me? I'm only twelve, abuout to turn thirteen, so I/other people can't usually fix stuff just for me, which is why i want it this way?

Nothing compairs to my wonderful Diet Pepsi. I dislike drinking water and juice in any great amount. Any suggestions. Something with no sugar and no caffiene please.
