I clean all the silk off the corn leaving the corn husks on. I pull the husks back over the top of the corn and tie them with a water soaked piece of string. I cook them on indirect heat on the gas grill so that the flame is not directly under them but next to them so they don't burn nearly as easy. Sometimes I rub them with olive oil and salt. And sometimes I just let them cook natural and let everyone season their own. When they are done the husks make a nice handle for holding the corn.

Peel the green stuff down but don't remove it. Pull off the silk. Run the corn under water. Put the green stuff back up and grill that way.

There's lots of different ways to cook corn on the grill.
Do you have a steamer? I like to start them in the steamer and then finish them on the grill basting them with melted butter.. That way they stay very juicy, but pick up that nice grilled flavor at the end.

Leave the corn on the husks and grill them that way. If using frozen corn on the cob, put them in tin foil with butter and salt, wrap tightly, and grill them.

just put it on the grill, if you want you can brush some olive oil over it before or after for some extra taste. stay away from anything with sugar in it as it will burn on the grill

I agree...soak them husks and all in water then bbq...just gives it a flavour you wouldn't get without the husk. I would have one of those plastic corn holders with melted butter and salt and just roll it around in that before sinking my teeth in it...yum...
