yeah. its at the hyatt hotel. food is so expensive, i can only afford those tiny finger foods that you can eat in one bite. everyone sits down, gets water, then free bread, then two bites of food and thats it. would my guests be disappointed? i really did save up all i can, and $200 was all i came uo with. I can order 2 pieces of food per person (25 people) what happens if there ready to go home after two bites? emergency plan, please?

I normally don't eat sweets of any kind, I just never cared for them . The last week I can not stop craving sweets and protien. It's crazy! I find myself just wanting to eat spoonfuls of peanut butter, cans of plain tuna, and I can get a pack of gum and want to chew the whole pack. Nothing in my life has changed as far as I know ,so what the heck is going on?

I've always used oregano when I'm cooking pasta and tomato dishes, but my brother thinks coriander would work better, and he thinks I should either use both or just coriander. Any suggestions?

If I buy a new bottle of whiskey... should I let it sit for a few years, or should I drink it?

I'm going to be getting one, and leaving it for about 20 years.... but I was wondering should i get another to drink, or drink something else?

I am new to cooking..my problem pretty much is not trying. I am always scared it wont come out so I dont try. But all the fast food has ended up right around my belly and hips. :) hehe. I see some cooking classes offered in my area. $50 to cook one meal...would you recommend it? Its a hands on class so I guess I would be cooking it myself but not sure if its worth it or if i should just be ok with throwing something out if it doesnt come out right. :)

I tried baking those half-white, half dark checkerboard cookies with butter and they turned out really nasty. I don't know if it's because I used salted butter, bu they tasted like playdough.
My friend doesn't like the taste of butter and I was wondering why you can't find any molded-cookie recipes that don't call for butter. I know for checkerboard ones you have to freeze them and then mold them to make it easier, would oil interfere with this? thanks a lot.

We have it growing wild on our property and I have been gathering recipes. Almost all of them call for 1 or 2 "bunches" of watercress. Can you give me an idea how much that might be in cups (minus the hard stems, etc.)?

Thanks

This will be the first time I am in a bar and dont really know much about them. I usually drink wine-coolers or "girly beers" like Smirnoff Black Ice. I hate the taste of alcohol. Any suggestions for what to drink while Im out?
