Sometimes I want to eat a clove or two with almost every meal, does this affect my system adversely? Or is it good? Would a chinese herbalist caution against the "heat" of this food?

Please no comments abouts stinky breath of course I brush before approaching anyone.

I need to make a special treat for my boyfriend, but he gets really sick from sugar (and even worse, sugar substitutes like Splenda or Sweet & Low, etc). He can have a little bit of sugar in small amounts, ie. 1/2 a teaspoon in tea since he's not diabetic, but it does NOT go down well!

I have banana bread in mind (ie. adding extra extra ripe bananas) but that doesn't seem special enough. I've also ordered him a diabetic fresh fruit cream cake which was a hit, but it's been done.

Any ideas? (recipes would be GREAT)

All I know is that Cappuccino has the froth and Flat White doesn't have the foam. So what is the difference in taste?

I'm in college and am kinda lazy, so I'm wondering if it would be safe to eat the shell of a hard-boiled egg along with the rest of the hard-boiled egg, or if the only safe way to ingest the shell would be to smash it into powder.

Basically, can I just eat the whole thing? or do I absolutly need to shell it for safety concerns?
