POP.. is that the same as "coke".. In Texas,, we call everything coke! Or just say a drink. But, we never say: POP or Soda! he-he too funny!

We say , " Do you want to go and get a coke?" Yes, o..k. what do you want? "dr.pepper:" he-he
Or, you can make a pitcher of ice tea w/ sweetner like equal or sweet and low, and add lemon.. if u can have that.

No, you can get Fresca, diet coke, diet dr.pepper , Crystal Light, sugar free koolaide, mix juice w/ sugar free sprite for a spritzer.
But,, you can have "POP" without sugar.

I hope you feel better.

Here in Pennsylvania they sell a carbonated water with artificial flavoring, so it has no calories or sugar (preservatives though). There is probably something similar in most parts of the United States and Europe. Dasani also makes a flavored water that isn't bad, but it isn't carbonated. Either type of drink will be found in the water or pop aisle of the local supermarket. Of course there are always diet colas if you are allowed to drink caffeine; I personally find Diet Pepsi to be the mildest tasting diet cola.

I am really sorry I don't know what IBS is but I was majorly overweight when I was younger so I gave up pop. When I crave it now I mix Sanpellagrino with my juice. My favorite right now is to mix it with the new mango orange juice by Tropicana (The line of juices is called Pure) the juice has no added sugar and just relies on the sweetness of the fruit itself which is nice, unfortunately unlike their orange juice it is from concentrate but you can hardly tell. I also like to mix it with cranberry juice or lychee juice, yum!

Dole has a great new fruit juice drink that isn't pop. its clear sparkling water with REALLY flavorful fruit juice in it. My favorite is the grapefruit one. I think its called Dole Sparklers. There is a cranberry/rasberry one too. I think you might like. It is quite pop like. I hope I'm not wrong and find it is pop, but I really think its sparkling water.

good luck

I enjoy a diet 7-up with a splash of Cranberry juice or Pomegranate juice.

Carbonated water with a spritz of lemon or lime is good. Also think of trying diet pop. No sugar, just that sucralose (Splenda). AND...it's so nice to see someone else say pop.

Toss an alka seltzer in a glass of anything wet that is not alcoholic and presto! You can also get that caffeine high from hot cocoa or tea-try a green tea that is high in caffiene content
