pork is a white meat. you can always see what colour a meat is by looking at the animals flesh. unger a cows hair is a dark coloured skin, indicating its a red mean whereas with pork the skin is white. hope this helps :D

Pork the other white meat. It was a slogan a few years back. I'm not sure what the first white meat they were refering to way maybe chicken

Hmm, good question. It's sort of neither.
But if I'd have to choose, I'd go with red, because it's not as healthy as the real "white" meats.
