4 Toasted wholewheat breads with sliced tomatoes and salt and pepper. On the side: 3 hard boiled eggs with yolk removed. Fresh vegetable juice with aloe vera bits in it. Good healthy dinner with no carbs.Simple and easy to cook on your own.

My hubby and I ate a big, late lunch, so for dinner we just snacked on carrots and chocolate chip cookies.

Roast lamb with roast potatoes, pumpkin, steamed veges..gravy..Now all i have to do is go ask mum...is that what were having for dinner.
