All I know is that Cappuccino has the froth and Flat White doesn't have the foam. So what is the difference in taste?
Can you please list the strongest among the 3 to the not so strong one?

Cappuccino is 1/4 espresso, 2/4 foam and 1/4 milk. Flat white is 1/3 espresso, 2/3 volumised steamed milk. A latte is similar to the flat white. It consists of 1/3 espresso, 1 centimetre of froth, and the rest steamed milk.

So, in order of strongest flavour of coffee would be:

Cappuccino
Flat white
Latte

You listed them strongest to weakest.
Capp has some espresso - rocket heat
White has white chocolate with coffee - mellow speed
Latte is coffee with milk - yum but smooth
